The app is loaded on only one device, so it's easier for me to keep track of who is doing school. I have an account set up for the 6yo and 8yo, and a separate one for the 10yo. I have gone into the parent settings and switched the app to not show any video suggestions for the children, and instead I individually add videos to their playlists. The app also allows me to set a timer but so far I haven't used that function. There are no ads and no in-app purchases that I've noticed.
Once that's set up I ask the children for 8-10 subjects that they are interested in, and I take some time to go through and add videos to their playlists for them to watch.
