Potato peel chips

How to make potato peel chips:

Save the well-washed skins from three large potatoes.  Toss with oil and salt.  Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer.  Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes until skins brown and puff up.



These sat on the side table to be nibbled all day yesterday.
