Tuesdays

It's been a hugely busy day today, lots of diaper stripping and hanging (I didn't take pictures, more's the pity) and a long walk to the other end of town to do some window shopping for decorations for a certain boy's third birthday party, which will be happening oh so shortly.  This is also David's last day off work before a ten day stretch, so I'm trying to fit in as much family time as possible.

Additionally, I've decided that in the next few weeks I'm going to refrain from using the computer at home at all.  Instead, each of the posts that you'll read here in the next little while will be typed from the library computer.  The reason?  I can feel myself relying too much on the internet for entertainment during the day, and I want to focus entirely on my children and my home right now, so refusing to even turn on the computer means that I am present in a more tangible way with the things that are most important to me.

I am keeping up the blog, and checking Facebook, but only by making a trip once a day (if I can manage it) to the library.  So if I'm able to do so without children, you may see pictures, and if I'm not, like today, well then you get just text.
