Big task of the day - I took down the Christmas tree! It's only January 14th, after all. The floors are cleared of the plethora of dead pine needles from the brownish tree and all of the furniture returned to it's original spot. Combined with the great toy purge yesterday, the livingroom almost looks ready for company again.
We're having nachos for a late lunch, and then tonight - cheeseburger and french fry casserole! Last night I was eating one of those microwaveable pizza pocket type things, and it had a cheeseburger filling. I started thinking about it, and I bet you could make a casserole. Something a bit healthier than a preservative filled pocket snack. Of course, as soon as I Googled for ideas, it was pretty clear that a lot of people had thought of a cheeseburger and french fry casserole before me.
