What I Wore Sunday

Back again to link up with the ladies at Fine Linen and Purple.

I flew S to the O to the L to the O again today - David having to take a management shift at work both days this weekend.  So if I look a little harried it's because, um, I super am.



We're such a smiley bunch!



Clara - the only one consistently looking at the camera.

The chiclets:  The usual combo of thrifted and gifted. 

The mama: 

Sweater:  Reitmans via a clothing swap bag.
Blouse:  Winners on sale several years ago.
Skirt:  *ahem* Motherhood maternity.  Stop judging.
Tights:  Walmart.
Pin:  Sterling silver antique poodle brooch from my mother.

I like high necked blouses, as you can tell from the two WIWS link-ups I've done so far.  This is not a style I see a lot of these days, but there's something infinitely feminine about them, I think.  Plus, I want to bring attention to my face and away from other areas, and I think the best way to do this is with jewellery or interesting collars and colours up around your shoulder and neck area.
